About Us
Our classes are fun and varied! At L E Performing Arts we offer training in Musical Theatre style Dance, Drama and Singing for ages 5 to 16. We offer performing arts classes in Ingleby Barwick, Stockton on tees, Whitburn, Sunderland, and (coming soon) Heworth, Gateshead.
We are two women with a passion for the arts and Theatre who aim to inspire and pass on knowledge to our students. We train to a high standard whilst keeping it Fun, Friendly, and Exciting. Our group is the perfect environment for students to learn new skills, be creative, gain confidence and make new friends. We will keep them safe and encourage them to develop their talents.
Our students will gain confidence whilst learning new skills they can apply to their future. We perform an annual showcase of over 20 varied numbers at each location which includes professional sound, lights, and costumes. It's the perfect way for our students to showcase their talents. We also offer occasional casting opportunities for tv and film.
Meet The Team
Our Story
L E Performing Arts was founded by Laura and Emma. We are two experienced performers who have a passion for the arts and working with children. Together we have over 30 years of experience working on stage and behind the scenes. Between us, we have a degree in Performing Arts experience with various roles and experience in film and TV. leading and ensemble roles in semi-professional and amateur productions on various Theatres such as The Empire Theatre, Sunderland, and The Newcastle Theatre Royal. LAMDA exams in singing, speech, and drama.

As well as founding L E Performing Arts Emma and Laura both work as professional entertainers in the entertainment industry.
